How do I schedule a viewing? You can schedule a viewing by contacting us through phone or email. We will ask you several questions to help speed up the process and avoid wasting any application fees. 

1. How many people total will be living there?

2. Any pets?

3. Total monthly income?

4. How long have you been at your jobs?

5. How long have you been renting at your current rental?

6. Anything on recent criminal backgrounds or evictions that would be an issue for approval?

7. What date are you looking to move?

Are utilities included in the rent? Sewer is included in all rentals. Sometimes water is included

What is the application process? The application process involves filling out a rental application and providing proof of income and identification.

Do you allow pets? Pets have not been allowed at this time.

What happens after I am approved?  You would come place a deposit on the home and schedule a move in.
